Aug. 17 - Residents of a village in the Philippines are struggling to cope with life surrounded by flood water for nearly four years.
Scientists say a combination of climate change, subsiding land and ground water extraction is to blame for the continuous rains and chest-high floods that have blighted the lives of villagers in Artex compound.
