Track and windspeed of Super typhoon Sepat
TROPICAL STORM RISK
Super typhoon Sepat struck China as a tropical storm at about 00:00 GMT on 19 August. Data supplied by the US Navy and Air Force Joint Typhoon Warning Center suggest that the point of landfall was near 25.3 N, 118.4 E. Sepat brought 1-minute maximum sustained winds to the region of around 92 km/h (57 mph). Wind gusts in the area may have been considerably higher.
