Track and windspeed of Typhoon Nuri

Typhoon Nuri struck China as a tropical storm at about 12:00 GMT on 22 August. Data supplied by the US Navy and Air Force Joint Typhoon Warning Center suggest that the point of landfall was near 22.5 N, 113.9 E. Nuri brought 1-minute maximum sustained winds to the region of around 74 km/h (46 mph). Wind gusts in the area may have been considerably higher.
