Track and windspeed of Tropical storm Ophelia

Tropical storm Ophelia struck Australia at about 18:00 GMT on 1 March. Data supplied by the US Navy and Air Force Joint Typhoon Warning Center suggest that the point of landfall was near 16.2 S, 121.9 E. Ophelia brought 1-minute maximum sustained winds to the region of around 83 km/h (51 mph). Wind gusts in the area may have been considerably higher.
