Track and windspeed of Tropical storm Jasper

Tropical storm Jasper is forecast to strike New Caledonia at about 04:00 GMT on 26 March. Data supplied by the US Navy and Air Force Joint Typhoon Warning Center suggest that the point of landfall will be near 23.2 S, 166.6 E. Jasper is expected to bring 1-minute maximum sustained winds to the region of around 111 km/h (69 mph). Wind gusts in the area may be considerably higher.
