Track and windspeed of Tropical storm Ivan

Tropical storm Ivan struck the United States at about 18:00 GMT on 23 September. Data supplied by the US National Hurricane Center suggest that the point of landfall was near 29.4 N, 93.0 W. Ivan brought 1-minute maximum sustained winds to the region of around 74 km/hr (46 mph). Wind gusts in the area may have been considerably higher.
