Port bids to be humanitarian hub for Gulf
The Jebel Ali port and free trade zone in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates has plans to become a key regional humanitarian hub for U.N. agencies and NGOs in the Gulf. Agencies should resist being taken for granted in Iraq
