Congolese journalist and IRIN contributor Eddy Isango has won an award for a report about the sexual abuse of Congolese women deported from Angola. Isango, based in Kinshasa, won the prize for the best piece of reportage on a health issue in the inaugural Journalism for Development awards, organised by the Democratic Republic of Congo office of the UN's Development Programme (UNDP).
