Tropical cyclone Gula was located near 15.0S,62.0E at 28/1200 UTC. Gula was located approximately 520nm northeast of La Reunion moving westward at 4knots with maximum sustained winds of 65 knots and gusts up to 80 knots. A second Tropical cyclone Fame has made landfall in Madagascar.
