In the Indian Ocean there are three Tropical Cyclones moving in an easterly direction: Ivan(max winds of 55 knots and increasing),Hondon (max winds of 120 knots and decreasing), 17S(max winds of 40 knots and increasing) in various stages of strengthening or weakening.
