At 0600 UTC on April 22, Tropical cyclone Rosie was located near 11.3S 105.6E approximately 815 northwest of Learmonth,Australia. Rosie was moving southeastward at 10 knots with maximum sustained winds of 45 knots (52mph) with gusts to 55 knots (63 mph)
