3,000 Malawians have registered for repatriation as a result of the violence, according to Malawi High Commissioner in South Africa.
Govt. of Malawi is organising returns from Mpumalanga, Gauteng and Kwazulu Natal Provinces to Blantyre: 438 nationals have already returned home as of 27/05/08.
Returns noted in Zimbabwe. IOM at Beitbridge providing food, medical care, and final transport to home communities to more than 120 people.


Zimbabweans fled across the border to Mozambique. At least 5,500 assisted, according to local Red Cross. 32,035 Mozambicans crossed back through Ressano Garcia and Goba Border, according to INGC.
