At 1500 UTC on July 22 Tropical Storm Dolly, nearing Hurricane strength is located near 24N 94.5W or about 230 miles southeast of Brownsville, TX. Dolly is moving northwest at 12 mph with maximum sustained winds of 70 mph.
Tropical Storm Fausto is located near 20.9N 120.8W moving west at 13 mph with maximum sustained winds of 40 mph.
Tropical Storm Genevieve is located near 14.7N 106.3W moving west at 14 mph with maximum sustained winds of 60 mph.
