Tropical Storm Kammuri was located near 20.3N 115.5E at 0600 UTC on August 05. TS Kammuri is just 140 nm southeast of Hong Kong moving west-northwestward at 7 knots, with maximum sustained winds of 40 knots and gusts to 50 knots.
