Celebrity supporters have come out in force to support ActionAid’s first ever PoverTee Day by designing exclusive t-shirts that will be auctioned on eBay.

Among the names that have carefully hand customized t-shirts are:
•    Ricky Gervais
•    Graham Norton
•    Helen Mirren
•    Joanna Lumley
•    Tamzin Outhwaite
•    Tamara Eccleston
•    Sally Whittaker (aka Sally Webster) and other Coronation Street stars

One of the biggest names in music of all time has also created his very own special t-shirt... but you’ll have to log on this Sunday to find out who and be in with a chance of bidding.  The t-shirts will be auctioned individually (except for the Coronation Street package of seven amazing t-shirts - a must for any Corrie fan!) and most have been signed. These t-shirts are all one-of-a-kind and will not be reproduced so bidding on eBay will be your only chance to get your hands on them.

The auction starts on ActionAid's eBay page on Sunday 21st June.

ActionAid is asking everyone to wear a t-shirt for PoverTee Day on Friday 26 June and donate £2 to the charity’s vital work. All proceeds from the eBay auction and PoverTee Day will go towards vital ActionAid projects such as school meals for poor children in Malawi, irrigation programmes for struggling farmers in Ethiopia or emergency food aid during droughts in Kenya.
