nonprofit evaluator Charity Navigator, the organization's highest rating."We are pleased to be identified by Charity Navigator as a top-rated organization among thousands of

said Charity Navigator President Trent Stamp in the letter announcing the rating.Charity Navigator's ratings system is based on an evaluation of an organization's financial health, efficiency,
and capacity in comparison with the performances of similar charities. According to Charity Navigator, a four-star rating indicates a charity's organizational efficiency and organizational capacity
