"I can't wait until sardine season so I can try out my new fishing equipment," said Rashad Farahat 53, one of the beneficiary fishermen. He smiles as he receives his fishing gear, carrying it outside. The gear Farahat has received includes all that he has been missing for so long: fishing nets, batteries, fishing light machinery, plastic ropes, floats and leads.
