Applicants are required to:
- Be between 15 and 30 years old
- Have at least two years experience from civil society and grass-root organisations, political organisations or otherwise
have been engaged in promoting local, national or international development. You should preferably represent a Youth Group, CSO, Association, University or employer with contacts to a Danish partner

Speak and write fluent English
- Have knowledge about the challenges Africa is facing today and views about the future development of the continent.
