Feb. 14 - President Bush has a scheduled trip to Africa that will showcase American efforts to combat AIDS.
The planned trip, which could now be delayed, takes him back to one of the few regions of the world where analysts say Bush can claim globally recognized success for his efforts on AIDS and development.
