VIDEO: Rebel leader evades Uganda search

Dec 21 - A week long search for Joseph Kony in an international operation has so far failed to find him.

Uganda, Sudan and the Democratic Republic of Congo have joined forces to hunt down the Lords Resistance Army leader in the hope of forcing him to sign a peace deal halting a conflict that has dragged on for more than 20 years.
