Aug 15 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq at 0800 GMT on Friday. BAGHDAD - One religious pilgrim was killed and nine others were wounded when a roadside bomb struck a minibus near the New Baghdad district of eastern Baghdad, police said. The vehicle carried Shi'ite pilgrims bound for the southern city of Kerbala in an annual pilgrimage. NEAR TIKRIT - Iraqi police killed 12 militants, including two foreign fighters, in raids on Thursday near Tikrit, 150 km (95 miles) north of Baghdad, police and hospital sources said. MOSUL - A parked car bomb killed one Iraqi soldier when it exploded on Thursday in northern Mosul, 390 km (240 miles) north of Baghdad, police said.
