NEAR BAIJI - Gunmen killed four members of a U.S.-backed neighbourhood patrol in a drive-by shooting at their checkpoint just south of Baiji, 180 km (110 miles) north of Baghdad, police said. NEAR BAQUBA - Militants kidnapped eight men in a raid on their town just south of Baquba, 65 km (40 miles) north of Baghdad, police said. BAQUBA - A roadside bomb killed one person in eastern Baquba, police said. BAQUBA - A roadside bomb wounded two rubbish-collectors in southern Baquba, police said.
