Aug 16 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq at 1330 GMT on Saturday.

BAGHDAD - A bomb placed in a parked car killed six religious pilgirms and wounded ten others in the Ur district of northeastern Baghdad, police said.

ISKANDARIYA - Police arrested 12 people suspected of involvement in an attack this week on pilgrims in Iskandariya, 40 km (25 miles) south of Baghdad, police said.

MAYSAN PROVINCE - Iraqi forces killed three suspected insurgents, captured one other, and confiscated several mortar bombs in the Salam district of the southeastern Maysan province, the Defence Ministry said.
