May 27 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq at 1720 GMT on Tuesday: *denotes new or updated item. *DIYALA PROVINCE - An explosive device in a house killed a member of the U.S.-backed neighbourhood patrol and wounded four others, as well as an Iraqi soldier and a civilian, who is suspected of being involved in the blast, the U.S. military said. TAL AFAR - Four people were killed and 46 wounded, including two children, when a parked car bomb blew up in a market in the town of Tal Afar, 420 km (260 miles) northwest of Baghdad, the town's mayor, Major-General Najim Abdullah said. BAGHDAD - A pipe bomb attached to a car exploded near a U.S.-backed neighbourhood patrol in Adhamiya, northern Baghdad, wounding one of the patrol's members, police said. * ASHRAF - Gunmen fired missiles at camp Ashraf, on the Iranian border, which houses Iranian refugees and the exiled opposition People's Mujahideen Organisation of Iran (PMOI). A PMOI spokesman said they hit the camp, but U.S. military officials in the area said they missed. No one was hurt. BAIJI - Gunmen shot dead three Iraqi oil technicians as they tried to fix an oil pipeline in the town of Baiji, 180 km (110 miles) north of Baghdad, police said. MOSUL - Gunmen attacked and killed a policeman in a crowded area in Mosul, 390 km (240 miles) north of Baghdad, police said.
