GAZA, Nov 4 (Reuters) - A minivan exploded in Gaza City early on Saturday, causing several casaulties, witnesses said. It was not immediately clear what caused the blast, which comes amid an intensification of fighting between Israeli forces and Palestinian militants in the Gaza Strip.
