Explosion rocks Sri Lankan capital Colombo

COLOMBO, Jan 3 (Reuters) - A explosion shook Sri Lanka's capital on Saturday, police said, a day after Sri Lankan troops captured the separatist Tamil Tiger rebels' headquarters town of Kilinochchi after months of fighting.

Police gave no further details. (Reporting by Ranga Sirilal)
