NEW DELHI, Feb 20 (Reuters) - Police in India released sketches on Tuesday of two men believed to have jumped off a train bound for Pakistan shortly before two bombs exploded, sparking a fire that killed at least 67 people.

"Around 11:30 (p.m.), these people got down, and the blasts happened 15 minutes later," police Inspector General Sharad Kumar told a televised news conference in the town of Panipat, close to the site of the blasts some 80 km (50 miles) outside the Indian capital, New Delhi.
