FACTBOX-Worldwide spread of flu outbreak

May 9 (Reuters) - A new type of flu broke out in Mexico last month and more than 4,200 cases have now been confirmed in 30 countries around the world, with 48 deaths in Mexico, three in the United States, one in Canada and one in Costa Rica.

Here are details of the latest number of worldwide cases:
