No bands will be set on bonds trading. - - - - TUOI TRE -- The National Assembly has approved an investment plan of 112 trillion dong ($6.8 billion) for development projects in the state budget next year, down 6 trillion dong from 2007, Planning and Investment Minister Vo Hong Phuc said. ECONOMIC AND GENERAL NEWS: VIETNAM NEWS -- Police said they have cracked down on 235 trafficking rings around the country and arrested 654 suspected traffickers of women and children so far this year.
