HANOI, Dec 8 (Reuters) - A coal mine collapse in northern Vietnam has killed at least eight workers and injured 20 others, authorities said on Monday. The accident occurred early on Monday at a mine operated by top coal miner Vinacomin in Cam Pha town in the coal hub province of Quang Ninh, the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee said in a statement.
