BAGHDAD, Oct 18 (Reuters) - Four U.S. soldiers were killed when their vehicle was struck by a roadside bomb west of Baghdad on Tuesday, the U.S. military said on Wednesday.

The U.S. military did not provide more details.

More than 60 U.S. soldiers have been killed so far in October, a pace, that if it continues, would make the month one of the deadliest for U.S. forces in the war.
