MANICA, 2 May 2007 (IRIN) - Three children living outside Manica town in western Mozambique, bordering Zimbabwe, spent the Easter holidays digging a
hole. Manica Province is the scene of a gold rush, and has all the problems associated with resource exploitation in a desperately poor country: dangerous working conditions, environmental degradation
and violence.
