Blast in Afghanistan kills four in U.N. car-witness

KANDAHAR, Afghanistan, April 17 (Reuters) - A roadside bomb killed four people in a U.N. vehicle in the southern Afghan province of Kandahar on Tuesday, a Reuters cameraman said.

Two of those killed in the blast appeared to be foreigners, he said. A U.N. spokesman said the report was being checked.
