ISLAMABAD, July 4 (Reuters) - A suicide bomber rammed his vehicle into a military convoy in the northwestern Pakistani town of Bannu on Wednesday, killing himself along with four soldiers and a child, military and intelligence officials said.

The convoy was travelling from North Waziristan's tribal region to Bannu in North West Frontier Province when it was attacked near the Gurbaz area, the official said.

"Four soldiers and a child have been killed in the attack," an intelligence official told Reuters. A military official said two other soldiers had been critically wounded.
