Jan 4 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Pakistan at 1430 GMT on Sunday. DERA ISMAL KHAN - Five policemen and two civilians were killed in a bomb blast outside a college in Dera Ismail Khan town, in North West Frontier Province, said security and government officials. Paramilitary troops are stationed at the college to provide security for a Shi'ite Muslim commemoration. SWAT - Militants beheaded a paramilitary soldier and policeman on Saturday night in the northwestern Swat valley where security forces have been battling Islamist insurgents since 2007, police said.
