ISLAMABAD, July 10 (Reuters) - Twenty militants and three members of the Pakistani security have been killed in an assault on Tuesday by security forces on a radical mosque compound in the capital, the military said.

"There are 20 militants dead and 15 to 20 wounded," said military spokesman Major-General Waheed Arshad.

As well as three members of the security forces killed, 15 had been wounded, he said, adding that 40 percent of the mosque and religious school complex had been secured.
