KHOST, Afghanistan, Dec 28 (Reuters) - A suicide bomber attacked an Afghan government building and killed six people, including four children, on Sunday in the southeastern province of Khost, a provincial official said. The bomber used a car in the attack, part of the lastest spell of rising violence this year in Afghanistan, the bloodiest period since Taliban's removal in 2001.
