Feb 28 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Afghanistan at 1300 GMT on Saturday: PAKTIKA - A roadside bomb killed one road construction engineer and wounded one more while they were travelling to work in Khair Kot district, 200 km (125 miles) southwest of Kabul, the Interior Ministry said. KANDAHAR - U.S.-led coalition forces killed one militant who "displayed hostile intent" while the foreign troops were carrying out an operation in Khakrez district, 445 km (275 miles) southwest of Kabul, on Friday, the U.S. military said.
