June 23 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Afghanistan reported at 1300 GMT on Tuesday: * Denotes new or updated items * KUNDUZ - Three German soldiers working under NATO-led forces were killed after coming under attack near the northern city of Kunduz, Germany's Defence Minister said. * KANDAHAR - Three Afghan policemen were killed and four others wounded when their vehicle was struck by a roadside bomb in the southern Dand district on Monday evening, said provincial police chief Matiullah Qateh. * HELMAND - A roadside bomb hit a passenger mini-van, killing one Afghan civilian and wounding five others in the southern Nahr Saraj district, the Interior Ministry said. * FARAH - Two Afghan soldiers and nine Taliban insurgents were killed during a four hour gun battle in the Shiwan district of Western Farah province on Monday, the Defence Ministry said. Four Afghan soldiers and several insurgents were also wounded during the clash, it said. GHAZNI - A suicide car bomber targeting a foreign troop convoy killed two Afghan civilians southwest of Ghazni city, provincial police chief Khial Baz Sherzai told Reuters.
