Indonesia lifts tsunami warning, says no tsunami -agency

JAKARTA, Sept 12 (Reuters) - Indonesia's meteorological agency lifted its tsunami warning, which it had issued on Wednesday after a strong earthquake measuring 7.9 struck Sumatra island.

The agency also said via a telephone text message that there had been no tsunami.
