Health Minister Siti Fadillah Supari said the number of confirmed cases of H1N1 swine flu increased to 52 in the last couple of days.

State-owned miner, PT Aneka Tambang Tbk <ANTM.JK>, has allocated 400 billion rupiah ($40 million) to develop Cibaliung gold mining in Banten in a bid to maintain the firm's gold production, said corporate secretary Bimo Budi Satriyo.

Indonesian construction firm PT Total Bangun Persada Tbk <TOTL.JK> has revised down its revenue target to 1.6 trillion rupiah ($157.8 million) this year from 2.15 trillion rupiah previously due to tax problems, said director Arif Suhartojo.

- CONTAINER VOLUME IN TANJUNG PRIOK PORT DROPS 11 PCT IN H1

Total container volume at Indonesia's biggest port, Tanjung Priok, dropped 11 percent to 19.1 million tonnes in the first half from a year ago due to a slowdown in the global economy. Container volumes for exports slipped 2 percent to 2.68 million tonnes in the same period, while shipped-in container volumes fell 17.6 percent to 6.16 million tonnes.

- INDONESIA'S BANK EKSPOR AGREES $210 MLN SYNDICATED LOAN

Unlisted state lender PT Bank Ekspor Indonesia will borrow $210 million from a syndicate of domestic and foreign banks, raising funds to finance exports.
