JAKARTA, Sept 13 (Reuters) - Indonesia's meteorological agency lifted a tsunami warning on Thursday after another earthquake struck west of Sumatra island.

The agency also said via a telephone text message that there had been no tsunami after the quake, which it said measured 6.7 on the Richter scale and was at a depth of 46 km (29 miles).

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) put the quake, which came about 15 hours after a more powerful one in the same area, at a weaker magnitude 5.8.
