FACTBOX-Security developments in Iraq, Nov 20

Nov 20 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq at 1600 GMT on Thursday.

MOSUL - The bodies of five people, including two women, were found bearing gun shot wounds on the outskirts of the city of Mosul, 390 km (240 miles) north of Baghdad, police said.

BAGHDAD - A bomb attached to a car belonging to presidential guards wounded three of the guards in central Baghdad's Karrada district, police said.

SHWAN - Police found the body of a woman with gun shot wounds in the town of Shwan, near Kirkuk, 250 km (155 miles) north of Baghdad, police said.

DOUR - Six militants were killed and three villagers wounded on Wednesday during clashes between a local U.S.-backed neighbourhood patrol and militants in a village near the town of Dour, 150 km (95 miles) north of Baghdad, police said.

KUT - Gunmen stormed a house and killed five members of the same family, including two children, on Wednesday near the city of Kut, 150 km (95 miles) southeast of Baghdad, police said.
