FACTBOX-Security developments in Iraq, Sept 11

Sept 11 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq at 1300 GMT on Thursday.

* denotes new or updated item:

* BAGHDAD - A car bomb killed one civilian and three others in the Doura district in southern Baghdad, police said.

* SADIYAH - Five members of the same family were killed when gunmen stormed their house in the town of Sadiyah, about 80 km (50 miles) east of Baquba in Diyala province, police said.

* MOSUL - Authorities found two bodies with bullet wounds in Mosul, 390 km (240 miles) north of Baghdad, police said.

BAGHDAD - Three civil servants from the housing and construction ministry were killed and three were wounded when a bomb exploded near a ministry minibus in eastern Baghdad, police said.

BAGHDAD - U.S. forces captured five wanted men and 13 of their alleged associates on Wednesday and Thursday while targeting al Qaeda in Iraq in central and northern parts of the country, the U.S. military said in a statement.

KERBALA - Two people, including a woman, were killed and 20 were wounded when a bomb exploded in a minibus on Wednesday evening in the holy Shi'ite city of Kerbala, 80 km (50 miles) southwest of Baghdad, police said.

KUT - The U.S. military said it had caught four suspected militants near Kut, 150 km (95 miles) southeast of Baghdad, believed to be associated with "special groups", a term it uses for Shi'ite militias with links to Iran.
