BAGHDAD, Jan 9 (Reuters) - A man has been referred to the Iraqi judicial authorities for sectarian abuse shouted at Saddam Hussein moments before he was hanged last month, an Iraqi government spokesman said on Tuesday.

Ali al-Dabbagh told a news conference that it was now up to the courts to deal with the man. He also said the place and time of the executions of the two men convicted with the former president would be determined within the next few days.
