JERUSALEM, March 1 (Reuters) - Israel's defence minister on Saturday held Islamist Hamas responsible for civilian casualties during fighting in the Gaza Strip, and said Israel would press on fighting. "We are not happy about civilians being hurt in Gaza," Ehud Barak said in a statement. "Hamas and those who fire rockets at Israel are responsible and they will pay the price."
