HURRIYET - General Ergin Saygun, the second in command in the Turkish General Staff, will be the first Turkish military commander to enter the Oval Office when he visits the White House next week with Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan. RADIKAL - Prime Minister Erdogan will tell U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice at a meeting on Friday that the time has come for action, not talk, against Kurdish guerrillas in northern Iraq.
