KHARTOUM, Dec 2 (Reuters) - Two British Muslim politicians trying to win the early release of a British woman jailed in Sudan for allowing her class to name a teddy bear Mohammad will meet Sudan's president on Monday, presidential sources said.

Gillian Gibbons, 54, was sentenced on Thursday to 15 days in jail and deportation for insulting Islam.

"The President will meet the British parliamentarians tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. (0730 GMT) in the Republican Palace," presidential sources told Reuters on Sunday.
