BAGHDAD, March 3 (Reuters) - At least 12 people were killed in a bomb blast in Baghdad on Monday despite increased security across the capital for the visit of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, police said. The explosion targeted an Iraqi army patrol in central Baghdad and also wounded 46, police said. (Writing by Michael Holden)
