RAFAH, Gaza Strip, Feb 4 (Reuters) - Masked Palestinian gunmen and Egyptian forces exchanged fire on Monday at Gaza's border with Egypt, a day after Cairo closed the breached frontier, witnesses said. There were no immediate reports of casualties in what witnesses described as heavy fighting at the Rafah border crossing, which Hamas Islamists blasted open on January 23 to let Palestinians stock up on supplies in defiance of an Israeli-led blockade of the coastal territory.
